Black rice retains many healthy nutrients, rich in Fibre, Vitamin E and Calcium, to slow down aging cells, with high level of anthocyanin content that contributes to antioxidant activity which can reduce the risk of cancer. The noodle are soft, sticky and Dluten Free. No preservatives and no Sulfur Dioxide added. Most commonly used in soup (Guay Teow Naam) and stir-fried noodle. Best for salad and a bed for meat or fish braised dish.
