Made from international certified organic rice. All processes are organically and dedicatedly controlled. Soft, sticky and Gluten Free. No preservatives and no Sulfur Dioxide added. Most commonly used in soup (Guay Teow Naam) and stir-fried noodle. Best for salad and a bed for meat or fish braised dish.

Cooking Instructions

• Add rice noodles in boiling water for 4-5 minutes. 
• Rinse the noodles into cold water about 10 seconds.
• Drain and add to your cooking. 

For Noodle with Soup

• Add your favourite cooked meat, vegetable and hot soup before serving.

For Stir-Fried (Pad Thai) 

• Heat oil in a hot pan, add prawn and cook for 30 seconds. Pour egg on it and stir through for 30 seconds.
• Add softened noodle and Pad Thai sauce. continously stirring for 1 minute.
• Add bean sprouts and chinese leek. stir thorugh until well combined. Serve with ground peanut and lime wedges.
